Refund and Exchange
Refunds: We do not offer refunds once the courier leaves. However, if you receive a defective item, contact us within 24 hours with proof, and we will assist you.
Exchanges: You can exchange items within 2 days, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags. Exchange requests must be submitted through our website.
Sale & Promo Items: Items purchased on sale or with a discount code cannot be exchanged or refunded
Shipping & Processing: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective.
