You must submit your exchange request within 2 days of receiving your order. Late requests will not be accepted.
• Item Condition: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be eligible for exchange.
• Exchange Fees: Customers are responsible for paying the exchange shipping fees. We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
• Stock Availability: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size/item is unavailable, you may choose a different item of equal value or receive store credit.
• Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or with a discount code cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• Processing Time: Exchange requests take up to 10 days to process after we receive the returned item.
